In conjunction with local nonprofit organizations, volunteers, and the wider community, the RESSA Foundation has been working to make our community a better place to live since 2001.
In a community this diverse, no one person has the resources to provide all the solutions to the numerous challenges we face; however, by combining the financial and human resources of many individuals, together, we can make a significant impact. This unique idea of working together and pooling resources is the mission, purpose and vision of community foundations such as RESSA.
The RESSA Foundation is Green Country’s permanent philanthropic endowment. A non-profit public charity, the RESSA Foundation receives its contributions from individuals, families, businesses, foundations and other organizations eager to make a significant, positive difference in the future of our community. Employing these funds as the bulk of its assets, the RESSA Foundation is able to promote philanthropy and provide stewardship and leadership to enhance the use of community resources, to provide local leaders with resources and to help communities craft solutions that meet the needs of our citizens.
