RESSA Foundation is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit organization able to receive and distribute funds to agencies that "Make A Difference". This foundation is qualified broadly to provide the greatest breadth of opportunities with a strong emphasis in higher education. Its founder is H.T.(Tom) Sears, Jr.,a retired lifelong executive of Phillips Petroleum Company. Its executive Director is Terry Vance, a native of Berryhill in retail and commercial real estate management. Both have dedicated their resources to encourage and challenge young people to apply their faith and aim for their best.

RESSA Foundation activities include time and talents given to fund High School and College Scholarships, as well as their cultural and athletic activities; summer camp programs; mission trips; ethnic festivals; environmental and religious organizations; as well as provide administrative assistance for other non-profit organizations such as The Dustin Babcock Foundation.
